Elderhaven Adult Day Centers provide comprehensive therapeutic and licensed adult day care services that allow seniors and adults
with disabilities to remain living independently as an alternative to early nursing home placement. In 2005, the Elderhaven Adult
Day Centers
· Provided 250 days of safe, professional care and stimulating activities for 82 unduplicated clients

Served more than 28,468 nutritious snacks and meals
· Made 6,793 one-way trips transporting clients to and from Elderhaven

Performed 713 health screening assessments
The Caregiver Resource Center & Durable Medical Equipment Lending Closet serves seniors,
adults with disabilities, their caregivers, families and health care providers with equipment, information, consultation, guidance
and support. In 2007, the Caregiver Resource Center & Durable Medical Equipment Lending Closet:
· Provided 2,663 people
with caregiver information, resources, and assistance
· Loaned 523 pieces of medical equipment and assistive devices
· Held
the annual “Striking a Balance” and “Brake Before You Break” Caregiver Conferences
· Hosted monthly support group meetings for
caregivers of Elderhaven clients
SeniorNet Computer Learning Institute offers basic through advanced hands-on computer classes for
older adults. The program is managed and taught by retired volunteers. In 2005, SeniorNet® Computer Learning Institute

The Historic
AGE Building provides centrally located, below market priced office space for small and emerging non-profit organizations. In 2005,
the AGE Building Program
· Housed 22 not-for-profit organizations
· Developed the AGE Building “Virtual Office”
providing meeting room, mailbox and office equipment use to non-tenant organizations
